Defend the Future of Biosecurity.

At PHC Global, we operationalize biological threat intelligence to protect what matters most. We are growing our team of scientists, engineers, and operators committed to building the global biodefense system of the new era.
If you're driven to solve hard problems at the intersection of science, security, and technology — we want to hear from you.

A Mission Worth Building For

Real-World Impact

Your work directly strengthens U.S. National Security missions, public safety agencies, and Fortune 500 enterprises protecting their global operations. We measure success by the tangible impact you create on rapid threat detection, not the hours you log.

One Cohesive Team

Collaborate with leaders in epidemiology, intelligence, infectious disease science, and advanced AI. We operate as a single, supportive team that trades the kind of timely, direct feedback that pushes everyone to their maximum potential.

Bias Toward Action

Build agentic AI fusion, distributed sensor networks, and decision-support systems for 21st century biological threats. Here, everyone operates like an owner: prototyping first, finding a way around, over, or through obstacles, and shipping work that earns its place.

ENGINEERING · Remote (U.S.) · Full-Time

AI-Native Full Stack Engineer

We're an AI-forward team: you'll use AI agents and modern ML tooling to work at greater scale than traditional methods allow, with your technical judgment governing every output. We are hiring an AI-Native Full Stack Engineer to contribute across the entire stack, from the data layer to the interfaces our government and commercial users rely on to detect and characterize emerging biological threats. You'll own features end to end, from specification to production, and use AI coding agents to take on the scope usually required of a larger team. We prioritize strategic architectural outcomes and technical judgment over traditional, volume-based code metrics.

This role is for someone who treats AI coding agents as a primary tool of the trade: mastering prompt architecture, orchestrating multi-agent workflows in parallel, reviewing and hardening their output, and owning the result end to end. You will be building a platform that helps the U.S. government detect, characterize, and attribute biological threats. If you are energized by building real things for a mission that matters, you will fit in here.

DATA · Remote (U.S.) · Full-Time

AI-Native Head of Data

We're an AI-forward team: you'll use AI agents and modern ML tooling to work at greater scale than traditional methods allow, with your technical judgment governing every output. We are hiring an AI-Native Head of Data to own the data strategy, architecture, and governance, which is at the core of PHC Global. Our models, our agents, and our analysts are only as good as the data beneath them. You will build the pipelines, stores, and standards that turn messy global biosurveillance signals into the trustworthy, well-governed foundation for our platform.

This is a senior leadership role. Rather than writing pipelines by hand, you will focus on curating high-signal data assets, defining context boundaries and governance for AI models, and guaranteeing data quality, lineage, and security at every step. You will direct AI agents to build and maintain data infrastructure, and you will be accountable for the integrity of the data that helps the U.S. government detect, characterize, and attribute biological threats.

EPIDEMIOLOGY · Remote (U.S.) · Full-Time

AI-Native Junior Epidemiologist

We're an AI-forward team: you'll use AI agents and modern ML tooling to work at greater scale than traditional methods allow, with your scientific judgment governing every output. We are hiring an AI-Native Junior Epidemiologist to support applied epidemiology and biological threat characterization while building the AI-native habits that define how we work. You will analyze biosurveillance data, contribute to our commercial products, and learn to operationalize AI tools to do epidemiology faster and at greater scale than legacy methods allow.

This is an early-career role for someone who is genuinely curious about both infectious disease and AI. You will work closely with senior epidemiologists and engineers, using AI agents to accelerate your analysis while developing the judgment to review and validate everything generated by AI. We will invest in your growth; we ask for strong fundamentals, hunger to learn, and care for the mission.

EPIDEMIOLOGY · Remote (U.S.) · Full-Time

AI-Native Senior Epidemiologist

We're an AI-forward team: you'll use AI agents and modern ML tooling to work at greater scale than traditional methods allow, with your scientific judgment governing every output. We are hiring AI-Native Senior Epidemiologist(s) to lead applied epidemiology and biological threat characterization while operationalizing AI tools to work at a scale and speed traditional methods can't match. You will turn epidemiologic insight into product, shaping the models, prompts, and risk-based outputs.

You will be part of a highly motivated and mission-driven team expanding our agentic orchestration intelligence platform. Your work will directly support some of America's greatest commercial enterprises and National Security missions. This is a hands-on-keyboard role for an epidemiologist who is excited to both build and leverage agentic AI tooling by directly analyzing large biosurveillance datasets, drafting strategic analyses, and converting scientific judgment into platform capabilities.

ENGINEERING · Remote (U.S.) · Full-Time

AI-Native Systems Architect

We're an AI-forward team: you'll use AI agents and modern ML tooling to work at greater scale than traditional methods allow, with your technical judgment governing every output. We are hiring an AI-Native Systems Architect to partner directly with and report to the Chief Build Officer. You will lead a team of engineers who are operationalizing AI tools to build a platform that helps the U.S. government detect, characterize, and attribute emerging biological threats.

The work is less about writing code and more about defining system boundaries, structuring agent context, and designing the telemetry and human-in-the-loop guardrails for autonomous systems running asynchronous workflows. You will be responsible for critical resource allocation, architectural trade-off decisions, and acting as a technical force multiplier for a highly efficient team.

We'd Love to Hear From You
