Janice McCarty serves as Vice President of Corporate Security and Intelligence at PHC Global. Prior to joining PHC Global, Janice was the Director of Strategy for Global Security and Resilience at Starbucks, where she also acted as Chief of Staff to the Global Security Officer, curated strategy for all functions under the security umbrella and led enterprise-wide risk programs. During this time, Janice actively demonstrated her deep comprehension of business continuity and courageous thought partnerships which significantly improved functional efficacy across the organization. This was alongside delivering multifaceted approaches fused with strategic planning to enhance critical safety and security objectives. Janice’s strategic guidance was foundational in fostering best-in-class resilience and safeguarding operations.

Janice is a USAF veteran. In addition to her military service, Janice also attended and completed the chief of staff executive academy development program at the McChrystal Group. Janice’s commitment to service and leadership extends to prestigious industry memberships, including the Overseas Security Advisory Council and ASIS International. Here, Janice extends her passion for building shared-value security partnerships and paving the way for future security leaders.
